This happened to be a particularly hard delivery due to a sloping driveway and 3 floors of stairs. He did an outstanding job! They took my things and then put it in a warehouse and then a National Van Lines Truck came and loaded my things and others. They let me know when the truck would arrive and it worked out nicely for me. I was the last person to be delivered to and everything was there. All of the workers were very nice and I felt they were professional. They knew I was a little nervous and soon I felt they knew what to do. The driver of the National Van Lines truck was awesome and I know he did a lot more extra things to help us. Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. "EXCELLENT! The process from start to finish was spectacular and highly professional. They packed up our entire home (approx 1500 sq ft) and drove it 2200 miles to our new home, unloaded and helped to set up furniture (bedroom sets etc). "Responsive and dependable. When we called the phone number the voicemail was full, but then we texted and had great communication with Nichole throughout the whole transaction. The driver let us know exactly when he would arrive, both at pick-up and drop off, and he was very capable and professional. It was a smooth, excellent experience and we would use this service again.
