Had Brandon come out to see what I wanted done - got verbal quote while he was here. Online quote the next day. He and his guys showed up as planned and cleaned up after the 5 day job. During demo they exposed a lot of unexpected concrete that had to be broken up and hauled away. He asked if I could help with the added dump fees - I agreed and he only added the actual dump cost on the final bill. Very happy with how everything turned out.
