B&W carries a quality line of hardware but any hardware and installed software can have problems. When I have called when something is not functioning properly, they quickly send a technician to check out and fix the problem. I have had them install and service my equipment for several years and I am extremely pleased with the attitude and efficiency of the people who work for this company.
