"Colin Day was exceptionally thorough, very knowledgeable and courteous as well as prompt and professional. I cannot remember very many times in my 69 years that I have received such stellar costumer service!"

"Tracey was a true professional and very thorough with the inspection. Results were thorough and quick."

"Working with Lee and his team has been a truly exceptional experience! I personally had mycotoxin so I understand the dangerous and debilitating effect mold can have on peopleâ s lives. We hired Lee and his team for mold inspection when we were considering buying a house. We contacted Lee when we were on day 3 of our 10-day inspection period. Despite his busy schedule, Lee squeezed time to come by the house. Professional and patient, Lee answered all my questions with expert knowledge regarding the test results and the proposed remediation plan. The house we were trying to buy doesnâ t have mold to an alarming level, but I was determined to rid of them for my familyâ s health. Lee and his team did an excellent job for the remediation and they shared so much professional knowledge with us, which I greatly appreciate. We liked their work ethic so much that we hired them again to do HEPA vacuuming for the house after some remodeling projects. Again, Lee always patiently answered every single one of my questions with great depth of knowledge. We had some issues with contractor delays and Leeâ s team was very understanding and accommodated our updated schedules several times with their very busy schedule. The ozone treatment has greatly reduced the odor from remodeling, which was already minimal from using zero VOC paint and flooring. Again, we liked their work so much that we asked for their help to deodorize our new car. Lee and his team are exceptional not only in their expertise knowledge in mold but also their work ethic; they are punctual, they prepare their clients before each visit, and they follow up after each visit. We cannot say enough praise about Lee and his team!"

"The process was easy, and pricing options were provided up fromt. They gave clear instructions about what they needed for the appraisal. They provided an appraisal quickly, with a nice turn around time. I would call this company again next I need an appraisal."

"Bo Curry was very customer service oriented. He inspected the roof beyond just the repairs needed and identified serious issues I wasnâ t aware existed. He always has the customerâ s welfare in mnd."

"Pedro Mendes, was an exceptional Structural Engineer. Extremely neat and professional. The report was perfect, meticulously elaborated with all details accurately described and finished in timely manner. I recommend Pedro Mendes without hesitation. If you are looking for a focused oriented professional, hire this person."

"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review. Thanks so much for your professionalism!"

"Very useful and explained things in terms I could understand. Did not do anything that was not approved until he spoke to us. When the report was back from analysis, it was explained so we could understand it."
