David was sent out by American Home Shield. Came and blew out a motor or something. Furnace worked for maybe 2hrs. Called him the next day to let him know, said to order a recall service order. Never heard back from him, even left him voice mails from myself. AHS finally got a hold of him 3 months later and was told he would not finish the job. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I could not ask for more.
He called promptly after the warranty company called him. The appointment was for the same day. He called when he was running early to see if he could get here ahead of time (of course!).
He found the problem very quickly, had the motor on his truck and got it resolved very quickly. He also helped with some additional questions and concerns on the system at no additional cost.
And now the system is working very well.
Based on my experience, I definitely would recommend David Sweet and Sweet Mountain Air.

This guy is a liar and a thief. Didn't fix the AC. Doesnt respond to phone calls unless threatens. Takes money without providing service. Stay away. AWFUL.

As usual, the contractor (David Sweet) made the appointment in a timely manner, arrived on time, and peformed the work without any unforseen problems. I had previously had contact with this company (and the owner) for the replacement of a compressor on an old unit at my primary residence in April of 2011. I should have written a recommendation at that time. He was able to replace the compressor under warranty at minimal fees (about $200), as opposed to a more costly, temporary repair, recommended by another company. This is a professional company providing quality service with integrity in the South East Valley of the Sun, as well as the Phoenix metro area.

IT WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF HIM. AFTER ALL HE DID IT DIDN'T REALLY SEEM TO 100% FIX THE PROBLEM. AT FIRST HE WANTED TO CHARGE US MORE THEN WE EXPECTED TO PAY, SINCE WE ARE STILL UNDER OUR HOME WARRANTY.
