I contacted a few more companies and Gary was the cheapest by $300-$600 so I hired him. He came promptly at the time set and after a few questions he started the work. After an hour or so the attic was recovered of cellulose. I took a quick look and it looked fantastic. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the entire experience was painless.
