East Valleys crew went to the home and spent hours checking the issue in the attic, in the August heat no less, and let us know that the inspector was mistaken and that the vents were free and clear. They even checked other houses in the vicinity to investigate further. Two other companies who refused to enter the attic ("I know what attics look like") proposed a small number of external OHagin vents instead which wouldn't have solved the issue if it existed. I do most of the work Myself but needed the drywall done professionally. Hector gave me a more than fair price for the drywall repairs. They completed the repairs in 2 days and the walls and ceiling look fantastic. Drywall can be a messy repair to have to do, however they did an excellent job of keeping the mess under control and cleaned up throughly when they finished.
