It was under warranty, I purchased the a/c from them 11 or 12 years ago and it was still under warranty so I only paid for the Freon. My home warranty under American Home Shield quoted me just under $2000 so this was a no brained. I am a confident D and H client and will continue to rely on their expertise, professionalism and compassionate service. Parts had to be ordered so I was without a/c during the 110 degree heatwave. No worries! D and H brought me at no charge a large portable A/C unit so we managed just fine. I highly recommend D and H!"

"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! "They were prompt and arrived in a hour. He diagnosed and replaced the part. (Capacitor) Total cost was $370. After he left I googled the part he replaced, and they charged $231 . They are $30 at our local hardware store. You expect a little mark up, but that was a rip off. I will never recommend the again."
