Excellent! Repairman David did quality job improving the plumbing configuration previous companies and made a mess of by just adding on with thin pipe. They were very upfront on costs which were not low but given the amount of time and effort were very reasonable.

Lance, the owner, was very prompt in returning my initial phone call, and was able to schedule us within 3 days. He identified the problem over the phone--the valve (water wouldn't stop running). He showed up when he said, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He got to work right away and had the job done in no time. We decided to have all 3 valves rebuilt, rather than just the one, since the system was older. We will be calling him back for future irrigation needs.

When Lance came out to give us the estimate he explained everything and answered all my questions. When the crew showed up on the scheduled day to perform the work Lance was with them and again he went over everything before anyone started working. They did a fantastic job and when it was completed, Lance reviewed everything with me again to ensure that I understood what was done and to see if was done to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

Hey, they were excellent. Lance was out at my place in 2 hours. A workman was repairing 2 hours after. Water pressure was the problem as told to me by the workman. His gauge read 105psi - way too high. These are good people who know what they're doing.

Work done perfectly for system instal but it was left in off position after install so a few bushes died by the time we realized.

Lance is nice, friendly and professional. He checked the area and said the problem is due to moisture not because of leak. I had some issue with the landscaping lights and he helped fix that. Great experience. Will definite recommend and hire him again if needed.

Lance gave us a great price and explained the entire process. We replaced all of the flex tubing due to the age of our existing pipes, as well as the regulators. Prior to the scheduled work to be done the city of Mesa came out and marked the location of our utilities. The entire job was completed in one day. No more loss of water and we can guarantee all of our plants and trees will remain health. Job well done.

He showed up two hours early. I almost missed him, just got back from walking my dog to find him in front of my house 2 hours early. He kept his van running the whole time and seemed anxious to go, like I was bothering him with questions. He did give me an estimate for a whole new system which seemed reasonable. He also seemed competent to do the job, and did adjust my water timing, which I had on too much. However, he kept mentioning what I had to do, i.e, push back the stones, etc. Afterwards, I thought what a rip-off that was. I could have called any irrigation company and received a review and estimate for a new system without any cost. So he came and adjusted my timer, he didn't clean out any heads as was listed on the voucher. All Angie's List said after I contacted them is that I need to upgrade to a GOLD membership if I wanted a refund. Will never use either this site or him again! There are plenty of others to choose from.

"I had a customer reschedule which forced me to call the next customer on my schedule to see if it was ok to come by early. She said yes but give her thirty minutes to allow her to walk her dog.. Upon arrival we noticed all valves leaking, and after running the system for fifteen minutes we found multiple leaks in the yard. I asked how old the system was and she stated old and we have made lots of repairs. I asked her if she wanted an estimates to make more repairs, or install a new updated system based off of what we found with her current system? She responded I want an estimate for a new system as we have the budget for it. I also mentioned I would refund her evaluation money if we did the job and she smiled and said thanks. I clearly don't know what she is complaining about, being early or leaving my van on? I'm almost always early and I always leave my van on when I consider it warm out......she chose to receive an estimate so that is what I gave her...."

Lance agreed to come evaluate and repair leaking valves even though I was out of his service area. I had a mess with mud and muck from the leaks. Lance was awesome. Dug through the mess to repair the valves. Originally I called him about the leak in the back yard but he noted a leak in the front before he left so repaired this too.

I thought Lance was great. I live on the border of Lance's service area or slightly outside it. Lance set up a time promptly to inspect and fix my issue. He was willing to come out the next day but we scheduled 3 days out to fit my schedule. Lance was on time and worked quickly to identify the correct issue and had the parts to replace the valves for my system. Lance was friendly and willing to answer all my irrigation questions. I think Lance is fair and appreciate his quick response. I would use his service again if needed.

My house came with some old irrigation that, as irrigation do, eventually came to that point where I needed to patch it several times a year. The only solution was to to a full make over. i sent out for several estimates, and Lance with IRS did not come in as the lowest bidder - but I had a good feeling, since he was licensed and realistic the work needed.
He came out ahead of the working crew, the day of the appointment. We iterated what was going to be done, and where the unknowns were. Shortly thereafter his 3 man crew showed up and went straight to work.
It took about 5-6 hours to redo my whole irrigation, and afterwards it was like they were never there. The only proof was new drippers all over my property, and a functional irrigation system to keep my palms and the few bushes I have. Afterwards Lance came back out, and went over what work was done and how it was done. I actually learned a thing or two about what was incorrect with my original irrigation, and i am very pleased that it is corrected now.
Overall very smooth and professional, and backed with a 2 year warranty. I have a very good feeling about this job, and I will use Lance again when that time comes - hoping that it will be quite a few years until that time comes.
