Westmoreland Pool Service & Repair Inc

Job was completed November 2020. Notified them June 14, 2021 joint they put in was leaking. Reply was past warranty! A leak at a joint they put in and it’s past warranty! It’s now July 12, 2021 and still no effort to fix the shoddy work they did. In addition Clay tried to bill me twice! Stay away from them!

I texted and Clay responded within 5 minutes. I was shocked to say the least...great response time. Clay has not yet come out to look at our pool, however, we are scheduled. If it goes anything like the response time and phone call, I expect the service will be excellent. I will update my review once service is completed.

Clay is great. He has replaced/upgraded our pool filter, pump, heater, lights, and I’m sure other things over the years. As well as doing weekly pool service for us now. He gets back to me right away, and he’s honest about any work that needs to be done. Nice that he takes the time to explain things I don’t understand too.

Dallas got to our home on time and walked us through pool maintenance. It was helpful, although we forgot to talk about the salt cell in the salt water pool. I called the owner, Clay, and he was incredibly helpful. He walked me through everything that needed to be done with the salt water pool, including cleaning our salt cell. He had great suggestions and followed up to discuss the results of the pool water analysis we had done with our local pool shop. He didn't charge us for anything after the original meeting with Dallas, and even discounted the price he had originally quoted me significantly. He has really gone above and beyond with service, and we would absolutely use his company in the future.

Clay and team were very professional. They communicated clearly a change in schedule and the work was completed cleanly. Clay is one of the few that actually follows up with his customers - which was refreshing! I would hire him again for any other pool maintenance.

Within minutes the problem was identified, and repairs begun. Clay is super responsive and dispatched a repair person same day I called.

We contacted Westmoreland because they were the only pool service that we could find that didn't have at least one horror story review. We found both the owner, Clay and his tech to be very knowlegable, punctual and professional. The solution to one of my problems was not obvious but Clay did some research and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Westmoreland will be my "go to" pool service from now on.

We called Westmoreland after losing faith in our current pool service company. Since we have used 3 other pool companies in the past 3 years, I can say that for many companies are able keep the water clean and clear if it is not 105 degrees outside or if there are no monsoons or if all the equipment is functioning properly. But at any sign of trouble, past pool companies become "busy" or don't know how to properly repair the problem. I was cautiously optimistic when I hired Westmoreland. Clay (the owner) was very personable and genuinely seemed invested in gaining my trust. He also was knowledgeable about my pool equipment. His company is small, so he is able to provide quick and individualized service. His techs keep our pool clean and all equipment well maintained. For instance, if a hose on our vacuum cracks, it is replaced immediately to prevent damage to our pool pump. When we had a problem with our salt cell (which was improperly installed by a previous company), he went to great lengths with the manufacturer to ensure that the repair would be covered under the warranty--saving us a lot of hassle and quite a bit of money. I finally feel confident that our pool is being serviced properly, which allows us to truly enjoy our pool without the stress or frustration.

They came recommended through a colleague. Clay is happy to go over any questions you may have about your pool to make sure everything is operating sufficiently.

Very well! Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Would call on them again. I contacted them by phone and they were at my door within one hour. Wade diagnosed my problems and set up the time to get the work done. It was done as scheduled and for the amount promised. Wade carefully explained how the rebate from the power company (SRP) worked because of choosing the particular pump model and having his approved company install it.
