"The work done was great, but the process sucked. I ordered the Angines list deal $98 for 3 hours of landscape clean up service. It seemed like a great deal and they have outstanding reviews. So I was eager to get them out as I was going to get my home painted and though this would be a good prep beforehand. Anyway after purchasing I called and schedule for them to come out. I called on Monday and they said they would be out the following Thursday (11 days later). I didn’t read all the fine print in this deal, because I was disappointed to see a man in polio at the door and on a working crew on that Thursday. The way it works is someone comes out and assesses your landscaping needs and quotes you a price for “all the work” for me that was $1200+ (but he was willing give a deal of only $900). Remember all I wanted was a $98 clean-up. When he was done and required an additional $50 (should have be $75) trip change, we were informed that someone would contact us in 7 to 10 days to schedule the crew to come out and do the work. So I waited till day 9 to call and see what the status was. I ended up pushed a bit to get this done. Big Mike called that day and the crew did come out the following day which was good. The work done was great and the crew did just what I wanted. It ended up costing me about $150 not the $98 I thought I was in for, but that looks to be my fault. So in the end they did a respectable job, but it is not a strait forward processes and you need to be willing to wait through it all."
