Initially I happened to notice the new asphalt surface would break up a little on extremely hot days when turning the car wheels. Found Mike on Angie's list and asked him the question. He took the time to answer and confirmed it was normal and not much you can do about it. I remembered that interchange and contacted Mike this year 2020 to perform a brush-on seal coat. As I expected it came out excellent. Mike actually performed the work with his team on a 90 degree day. They took extra time to work fill material into cracks along the edges and at the base where the driveway meets the street.
