During our first meeting with Scott we explained our vision for our new outbuilding, a 900 sq. ft. pottery studio. He was attentive and fully understood the scope of the project. The architectural plans we gave him turned out to be somewhat lacking, but Scott went above and beyond by meeting the staff at the Oro Valley plans and permits office in person, and correcting our plans using his own team. As a home inspector and former contractor myself, Scott and crew valued my inputs and were amazing to work with. Communication was frequent and follow-up was timely, productive and accurate. Big projects never go as planned, and we made Scott's job tougher by throwing several change orders at him - including three different ceiling designs!
