Handyman Connection - PhoenixThe entire process with Handyman Connection was wonderful! Allen came to do our initial quote (and with the pandemic had been the first service person to come wearing a mask!). We and 2 bathrooms to update, both needing new flooring and vanities and the master updating the split tub and shower to a larger walk-in shower. Any time there was an unforseen challege (like a split bracing stud) it was immediately brought to our attention to approve of any added costs and properly fix the problem. Mark, our handyman for the 5-6 week remodel was amazing! He showed up exactly at 7a every morning and was kind enough to work around times when I had a meeting while working from home.- Carina C.

I feel I should get money back since they did not fulfill their commitment and jobs quoted and paid for. date of estimate Feb. 8, 2021 Job started Feb 9, 2021 They did not complete jobs I hired them for. Overpriced and would not come back to fix or finish the work. I am a 65 year old woman with arthritis and had to finish things myself. I could not fix the gate latch on the fence and gate they installed. The latch would not work. Today an electrician I hired for another job fixed it for me. I showed him all the messy or unfinished work and he felt bad for me. I was told they would come on Thursday to tend to my concerns and they didn't show. I called and they said Friday and they didn't show. I called on Saturday to give them one more chance before I write a bad review. I was told someone would come out on Saturday and no one showed up again.

Everyone at Brandi Carpet was great. I had checked 3 carpet dealers and Brandi had the best quality at the best price by far. I was able to bring a sample home so that I was able to choose a color in the room where it was going to be installed. The measuring and ordering went perfectly. The carpet installers came when they said they would and did and excellent job of removing the old carpet and installing the new. I love how it looks and was thrilled with the whole process. I definitely recommend Brandi Carpet.
