It is a big job that takes a real attention to detail and compete knowledge and expertise in construction processes and codes. "I sought 4 bids for this work and when I met Dana I immediately knew I wanted him to do the work.  He was prompt, professional, and really knew his stuff.  He explained everything to me without being condescending and was able to laugh with me about the challenges of remodeling.  He estimated that the work could begin at the end of this week but ended up calling on Monday and offered to start work on Tuesday.
As promised, his Assistant Walter, arrived and began to work.  Walter quickly but thoroughly prepared the home for painting.  He worked tirelessly for 2 days to finish painting and then completed all the crown work on the 3rd day.  He was efficient and great at his job.  He also cleaned up each day and left my home completely intact at the end of work.
Toward the end of the job I asked Dana if he could add some other work on (putting moulding on some cabinets) and he readily agreed to start on it ASAP.
