"I wish they had given us a bit more information when asking where we wanted the gate and how that effects the placement of the double connecting poles, We wound up having a set of connecting poles right in the middle of our greatroom picture window which was not acceptable. It cost an additional $800 to change the layout of the fence to move the double poles out of view from the greatroom. I little more time explaining the layout based on our gate location choice and we would have selected a different location for the gate. The $1700 project turned out to be $2500."

They did a nice job on the fence, completely installing it in one day and left no mess behind, so I was pleased with the original installation. However, I was even more impressed with the way they honored their warranty. One of the posts rusted out even though galvanized.
