"I wish they had given us a bit more information when asking where we wanted the gate and how that effects the placement of the double connecting poles, We wound up having a set of connecting poles right in the middle of our greatroom picture window which was not acceptable. It cost an additional $800 to change the layout of the fence to move the double poles out of view from the greatroom. I little more time explaining the layout based on our gate location choice and we would have selected a different location for the gate. The $1700 project turned out to be $2500."

"DCS Pool Barriers replaced the metal fence around our pool about 8 years ago with galvanized fencing for which they gave a 20 year warranty against rust. They did a nice job on the fence, completely installing it in one day and left no mess behind, so I was pleased with the original installation. However, I was even more impressed with the way they honored their warranty. One of the posts rusted out even though galvanized. I contacted them to request that they provide a now pole which I figured I would just install myself, but they insisted that they replace the post themselves. Several days later a crew arrived and replaced the pole. No questions asked, at no charge. It was very refreshing to find a company which enthusiastically stands by its work and is happy to go beyond its customer's requests."

"We contacted the Mighty Electricians (ME) after we bought an electric car and wanted to install a charging station at home. Our breaker box had no free circuits for the 50A/240V line we needed and, in any case, was in need of an upgrade for future solar panel installation. So ME's Jon (owner) and Shane installed a new 200A panel, a new riser, whole home surge protector, the 50A/240V line and outlet, and the plug-in Clipper Creek charging station. They also upgraded the water bonds and ground rods, and handled permitting in Tempe and coordination with SRP. Overall, Jon and ME were very easy to work with and professionally completed the job on time. The work was expensive but, in my view, reasonably priced given the scope of the work. I would certainly work with Jon and ME again and recommendation to others."

"Of five quotes requested, only 3 replied. Randy was the first and replied promptly. Surprisingly he could fix the problem the same day! His appointment was for 5pm, at 5:01 Randy texted he was running a little late. Wonderful customer service. My repairs were made quickly and for a fair and reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend Handy Randy, and plan to use him for a couple of other projects."

"Presidential Pools Fraud Alert!! I bought a New Pool pump from Presidential Pools and they sold me a used broken poorly repaired pool pump. They used JB weld to reset the screw in the seal plate. The plate over time leaked causing corrosion and reducing the life of the pump. Buyer beware of these Fraudster!"

"Wish I could give them 0 stars. Complete sham job. Asked for something that was fully retractable and the "sales person" Tom advised that obsoletely can be done. They even showed a video of it being retracted. After receiving the install, and going through the walk through, I was told that what I received was not retractable at all. They dont make it anymore. Spoke with a manager who told me that was a "misunderstanding" and that there is nothing that could be done. He told me that I would get a call back from owner within 30 minutes. Fast forward a day later, the owner called and continued to say that I was lying and that there is no way that we were told that was retractable; manually or automatically. He did acknowledge that the video they show shows it being retractable, but they do not sell those. Bottom line is, please be very cautions when or if you use this company. They will misrepresent what they sell and will place the blame on you saying "its a misunderstanding". I literally paid $4,000 for a tarp and anchors that I could have gotten at Home Depot for under $1,500. Horrible company!"

"TERRIBLE. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Anytime asked if they knew how to do something, they said yes. However, it was never done correctly and they want to be paid while trying to correct it! They want cash and they want paid everyday?! What was told to be a 2 day job lasted 6 weeks before I finally fired them. Every exterior door was hung backward, not one door install was finished, the closet doors don’t hang squarely, the casing is installed incorrectly, the door trim is all different levels in the hallway, the walls and doors and woodwork are filthy because they don’t care about cleanliness, their day starts at 12:00 pm, and they put in 4 hours. They charge you for 2 guys at $40/Hr. So, I paid $80/Hr while one guy to install everything wrong, and for another guy to “manage” (do nothing)? Nevertheless, it’s a BIG SCAM!! I paid them $4,500 and everything they touched has to be redone?! What carpenter can’t cut a 45???? Then, when I said I wanted everything fixed, he said it would cost me too much for them to fix it???? I still didn’t THROW them out!!! The highest bid I had was $2,800 for the complete door install. But, WillWorks said it would be 2 days MAX at $80/Hr! But, even paying them for 48 hours (2 full days), wasn’t enough? I paid them for 56 hours. That’s for 2 guys, so that’s 112 hours and they still were no where near being finished. Also, I certainly wasn’t informed the days (theirs is 4 hours) were going to be stretched out over weeks because they don’t even know that much...how to run a schedule. I was never informed when they would be there and/or if they weren’t going to be there. They show up at noon and want to work until 7. Well, like most...my 8 hours are in by 3:00. But, they don’t care. I can’t imagine WillWorks has any good reviews. But, I hired them because they were on Angi? So, of course, I kept trusting what they were saying......??? BUYER BEWARE. DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER"
