Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. "after paying for the door from the salesmen john they scheduled the =door to be installed 2 weeks later and the gentelman cam right on time like they said . he installed the door and everything looked great and then noticed a month later that one of the screws can thru the insdie trim behind the door john the salesperson came out and agreed that it was there fault and that they would fix it , so about 3 weeks later the trim guy cam out and replaced it and WOW what a great job he did considering that this is a new house and now you cannot tell it ever happened.. I will always recommend this company to any of my friends and family because they stand behind there workmanship as well as there products. When it come to the customer service there isn't another company out there that in my opinion can touch them thanks curt landon"
