He arrived within 20 mins, during Phx rush-hour, (so already slightly impressed), He is young, yet dressed like a pro, tools, van, the whole package. My truck pulls my camper, so I somehow locked my keys in my camper, he picked the lock in like 5 or 6 mins. Seriously, he did not damage or drill the lock, just picked it, so my key still worked, then I realized my truck key was in my truck, it was also locked! It took him a little longer because my truck has a fob, yet he picked the door & I didn't need to buy a new fob for my truck. He cares about helping people, really a rare character trait these days.
