They were professional and polite and worked diligently for a couple of hours showing efficiency. We have very hard water so the valves needed changing. James gave a walk through and checked the valves when done. He also gave a courtesy water pressure check since I mentioned a concern about some pex plumbing that was performed by another contractor. He mentioned I needed a couple of toilet fill valves replaced which was helpful. Thank you for your service."
