The scheduling was little hit and miss, due to weather, holidays and trying to juggle all customers. The cost of the remodel was reasonable. These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "
