"Mr Scott contacted me within minutes and would have came out right away but I wasn't home. Came the next day gave us a responsible estimate and told me he thinks getting other estimate was a good idea. Because of the age of our roof I was sure he was going to try to sell me a complete replacement but after walking the roof he said I should be okay with just the repairs. Rain was forecast for that afternoon so he got his crew out that morning and made the repairs before the rain started saving us more damage. "I was thrilled with the work performed by the Mercury Pool team. The waterline tile work was detailed, completed with care and high quality. The cool deck and pebble tech were also done very well. The scheduling was little hit and miss, due to weather, holidays and trying to juggle all customers. The cost of the remodel was reasonable. These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business.
