"Mr Scott contacted me within minutes and would have came out right away but I wasn't home. Came the next day gave us a responsible estimate and told me he thinks getting other estimate was a good idea. Because of the age of our roof I was sure he was going to try to sell me a complete replacement but after walking the roof he said I should be okay with just the repairs. Rain was forecast for that afternoon so he got his crew out that morning and made the repairs before the rain started saving us more damage.
