They spend 2.5 hours just cleaning the grill so they could see what needed to be done to it, including replacing a few parts. After they left we found a few other things and they came right back at no charge.

Have them yearly - my 10 year old grill still appears brand new. If you get your car washed and vacuumed - do the same for your grill. They work hard when here - show up on time - and leave the cleaning area spotless. Cant recommend them highly enough.
