"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. The New England team was a pleasure to work with and we consider them friends. We will be using them again for future smaller projects and have already referred them to multiple friends. "They did not do the work that they were supposed to do. They only seeded the yard for grass. They did not trim, or shape any bushes as requested. They did as little work as they could do and requested that I pay them. I gave they approximately $1200.00 to throw seed and at one time they mowed grass but left it all shabbly done. They did not do any decent work for the money that I gave them. "

"What went well is the question here: EVERYTHING! We’ve known Craig, the owner and Christian, the supervisor and Craig’s right hand man, for over 7ish years. They created our first front and back yard. Then we had to move from that lovely oasis they created and we called Craig, Craig!! We need help! Our new home had been neglected: palm trees dead and dying, about 18 leaks in irrigation system, turf that hadn’t been laid right and many empty spots all over where the last owners had pulled out plants and left holes and piping sticking up! And we are semi-professional bird watchers. ?. Our yard had nothing to attract birds; turf and barely there rocks. Can you say, “ boring, blank, scary… Say hello to all these “prison like block walls” that AZ seemingly loves?? Ugh! Craig, Christian and 2-3 workers were as always PROFESSIONALS! You can call me OCD, and I won’t argue. Every single thing you can ask for, they do! Every single rock was in place ( I’m not exaggerating, I caught someone moving two little river rocks!). After talking with you to help your vision, my husband went with Craig to the nursery having fun picking out plants and trees together. Don’t worry, Craig teaches you what plants are hardy and withstand the heat ( Heat, seriously? No Way!!) He has always guided us in how and when to water, prune and fertilize for every season, because let’s face it , just about every one of us needs guidance; this heat is brutal, the monsoons look like they’ve left us and the dirt is bone dry. Craig texts you a week later to see if all is well and then one month later he comes to look at everything to be sure you’re still loving your new green paradise. You know, I could tell you all about everything they did, new irrigation for front and back, rocks too, mounds for contrast, plants and trees up the whazoo,, but everyone’s projects are different. I think I should tell you about the amazing AZ landscapers ( and creators) These men work tirelessly, not once did we see anyone on their phones! EVERYTHING they do is carried out like it was their own yard! Perfection, PERFECTION! And Craig and Christian are a step away if you have a question or a concern. They believe in making the yard of YOUR dreams. But listen, for the people who don’t have a dream or hot desire but you just know SOMETHING has to be done on your yard, you’re in good hands. Craig knows how to guide you and create for you. Speaking of working with you, Craig took every one of our 30 some plants and two trees and while still in their pots, laid them out in the yard where he thought we might like, then we had him move a few things around to eyeball it and decide what we liked best! There is a reason why we called Craig after 7 years again, because he created WITH us. He can help you even if you have no idea where to start. He is really knowledgeable about plants, rocks, irrigation systems ( they put a whole new system in) grass, turf, pavers, flag stones, river beds, upscale backyard grill or fireplace area etc. He knows all of the nurseries and has professional relationships with them. Craig has been doing this for 30 some years here! So he’ll be honest with you about that one plant you really want but it’s not going to survive, he’ll tell you if something you’re planning to do might not be beneficial to you. He’s got a great sense of humor and is a joy to be around. Both times when the yards were finished I hated to see them go ( Craig always got a hug)! They don’t over promise and under deliver! No hidden costs or surprises here! These guys love their work and I’m not being untruthful when I tell you, it shows! You CAN NOT find a better company with good prices to work magic in your yard! We have a big _ss pool and I really hate it, but my grandkids love it. It takes up so much space and I’m a nature loving fool. I didn’t think there was much Craig could do for our yard as we sat out back staring at “prison walls”. His remedy?? VINES that will cover these drab ugly walls with yellowish reddish flowers and bring back the birds! I can’t wait to see them take off! Well…have I convinced you that Craig and his team at AZ Nativescapes is THE one to pick?? If not, then I don’t know how much more I can say! LOL. But seriously guys, you can’t go wrong to trust your yard with them! We’ve made a friend for life with Craig and I’ll never trust anyone else to create my yard. Call them right now.
