"We were contacted by a sales rep after going to the Home & Garden Show. The sales rep contacted us several times and was persistent in wanting our business. We met with him and he gave us a great design. Said he could start in 2 weeks. Once we signed the contract, gave him the down payment, he fell off the face of the earth. He wouldn't return phone calls, texts, or emails. If he did answer the phone, he said he'd call me later, but he never did. I then contacted someone else in his office after 2 weeks have gone by. They were several months out, couldn't schedule but could fit us in Xmas week. We schedule it, they came and did a nice job in 2 days. However, several  items that were part of the contract never got done and we were charged for items we never received.  The contractor took all the extra pavers with him even though we paid for them. Charged us for plants that were never planted. Said they would reimburse us for the plants. After several phones, them telling us they sent a check, 60 days have gone by and I haven't received a dime.  Had electrical problem with a light, took them several weeks to fix. I find the follow thru with their work and the customer service received from them lacking. I could never refer this company.

"They told me what they were doing and checked some other lighting for me. They did more than they came to do. The technician who came out explained how the light worked and what I should look for. He told me if I had any problems to give him a call back. They had another earlier job that ran a little longer than they thought, but they called and apologized. They also gave me the option reschedule. I was happy with their service and also have a few other things lined up for them in the future."

"They get out outdoor landscape lights up and running and checked all and put in LED's This week they came out (Troy) and checked on a patio light not working and in fact shorting out other stuff on it's circuit. He took the piece out and replaced the base and the bulb but had a tough time screwing in the bulb since there was a blok in the base. finally it was fixed and while there checked on another patio light. Found out it was originally on a remote ( which we never had) and discussed solution. We did nothing since we never used it. all in all a good job, on schedule and cost effective."

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

"Josh Jason and Curtis are part of the team representing Mr. Sunshine's Electrical Services, I've known Josh since his time at another equally reputable company. However, time has changed and Josh has successfully become a business owner.  These task were the end of my to do list for this year and I desperately wanted to check it off before Christmas I call Mr. Sunshine's Electrical Services on the 11th hour and managed to get setup for Wednesday.
In the process of doing some minor renovations to my kitchen, I upgraded my recessed lighting to LED's and managed to damage one of the receptacles so I called to get the repair done.  While doing lighting figured I might as well go all out with dimmers, sensors and the whole 9 yards with Energy saving options and some safety stuff to boot.  The family will never have to walk into an dark poorly lit area in the house thanks to Jason(One of the lead Techs) coming out to do the sensor installs and I can now stretch my arms in my living room since I have my new, more flush mounted ceiling fan. Although, I had no previous engagements with Jason, he was of the same caliber as Josh and definitely embodies the virtue of customer satisfaction. A+ work, the only thing that could of improved the situation would of been me calling them sooner.

"The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon.
