"This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices This begins in September of 2021 An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they would authorize; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022 I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn’t do anything anyway Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes this amounts to $13 a minute i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay"

We also hand build and install custom gates. Rocky Mountain Fence was established in the spring of 2011, and the owner Jonathan Montoya, a Pagosa Springs native, has been building fence in Pagosa Springs and surrounding areas since 1998. "Very, very poor workmanship. They took little pride in their wirk or themselves (bad mouthing their other employees on our property). They forgot to paint the metal gate they made so they spray painted it on sight, including our tree and ground. The mesh for the wood posts was stapled messy and sharp edges stuck out for ourselves and dogs to get cut on. The hole for the latch to slip into was made for a log so it looks dumb. I would not recommend them at all. Very pricey for such sloppy work."

There are a few possible issues that are causing your gate to sage. The hinges may be bent, or the screws holding the hinges to the post could fail—causing the gate to sag from one side to the other. The gate itself may also have come out of square due to failing supports, causing it to sag. On the other hand, it’s possible the gate isn’t the issue at all. The post holding the gate aloft may lean inward, causing the gate to sag.

To stop trash from blowing under your gate, you can install anti-litter netting. This solution prevents most large debris from being blown inside of a controlled area and is often used in construction sites. Many types of netting are not designed for permanent use, so you may need to search for a style that matches your gate color.

In most cases, you will need a permit to install a gate or fence on your property. Before your local municipality can issue a building permit, you might also need a site plan or survey to identify property lines. Otherwise, you could infringe on your neighbor’s property, leading to having to pay to take down and re-erect the fence. Permits for a gate and fence usually cost under $100.
