Very, very poor workmanship. They took little pride in their wirk or themselves (bad mouthing their other employees on our property). They forgot to paint the metal gate they made so they spray painted it on sight, including our tree and ground. The mesh for the wood posts was stapled messy and sharp edges stuck out for ourselves and dogs to get cut on. The hole for the latch to slip into was made for a log so it looks dumb. I would not recommend them at all. Very pricey for such sloppy work.

It went well.  Chris came out to inspect the roof on August 28, 2013.  I received his estimate within a week.  I signed the contract with Liberty Roofing on September 16, 2013 and requested that the job be done before the snow came.  At that time, I spoke with Pat Bain.  He showed me samples of the materials they would be using.  He answered all my questions.  Both he and Chris were professional and courteous.  Due to the high winds at that time, they were not able to get to the job for 3-4 weeks.  The windy conditions were beyond their control and all the other roofing companies I had contacted were behind also.  Liberty Roofing started the job as soon as they could and completed it within a week.  The job was completed at least a month before the snow season started.  Since this was not my primary residence, I was unable to inspect the work until the end of January 2014.  The roof looks good from all angles.  The sealing around the skylights looks so much better than it did before.  The real test was how it held up during the harsh winter.  It held up well.  There are no leaks.  They did an excellent job.  I am very satisfied with their work.

They were really willing to work with me. They gave me quite a bit off of the price that was marked on it. I wanted one thing and they recommended something that was cheaper so that helped.
