They lost three boxes, they happened to be marked with the contents, so the movers knew what was in the boxes.

Amanda was very helpful in helping us book our movers.

Best experience ever. They showed up on time. Wrapped the few pieces of treasured furniture incredibly well. We needed things moved between several homes and they were able to handle all our requests without any problems. Their men were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Ours was just a small local move, but if I were doing an interstate move, I’d certainly use them. Amanda was always easy to reach via phone and always pleasantly answered my questions and walked me through the process which I greatly appreciated since it involved a lot of components.

Unprofessional, they broke my couch, I tried to call the general manager to fix it but I was basically told they were happy with the job they did and that is unprofessional as well, they were not supportive and helpful at all when I called for a resolution.

I hired to movers to move my furniture and boxes a quarter mile away. I had a wonderful experience. My furniture was wrapped with loving care. One professional had 30 years experience. It was very apparent as I watched him wrap furniture and move boxes.

I used this company for a long distance move before. Everything was good until the movers arrived and tried to charge me for going upstairs which was included in my contract. The guy told me that "a flight of stairs was 7 stairs!" The customer service was excellent and they actually refunded me the $75 the guy was trying to charge me. I honestly had a good overall experience but the way that the actual movers made our blood boil insured that I would never hire them again. I hope that those guys aren't with the company anymore but I personally wouldn't chance it. Just for reference my move was 8 yrs ago with this company I just hope that things are better now.

Great service

I paid for 4 men and 2 trucks but they still took hours longer and cost almost twice their estimate, they took furniture apart and did not reassemble correctly, they lost shelves, they lost the pegs to hang shelves, they scraped, dinged, and gouged furniture, they scraped newly painted walls, they could not get a large armoire down a hallway and into a bedroom but my remodeling contractor managed to do it by himself! One man disassembled while 3 men watched. When I complained about the time they were taking, the supervisor became rude and argumentative, and careless, which probably caused the damage and lost items. This company is well named; the worst moving company I have ever used in my Lifetime! Do yourself a favor and hire another company! I recommend All In One Moving.

I was very pleased with the quickness and the efficiency in which it took to hire the company to do my moving for me. It was the best experience I have had with a moving company. They were very thorough with keeping me informed many times of the date the time and the text messages needed to complete the job. Couldn't be happier with the great performance they did for me. The guys that came to my house to load my valuables were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job at protecting my furniture and curio cabinets. When we got to the storage center, they were very helpful in rearranging things to make it fit so that I didn't have to rent another storage unit, they did a great job at be careful and respectful of my personal property. I will definitely hire them for any moving project I have in the future and recommend them for others to use their services.
