"Sprayed paver sealant on stainless steel & masonry in BBQ island, couldn’t fix it & refused to apologize. Then blamed us for damage resulting from their cleaning instructions. Refused any responsibility for their employee who used the exact same process AND stained the pavers he had originally cleaned.
