Carpet Cleaning
The tech came out to my home to do 2 area rugs and a bedroom for which we were quoted 80.00 after showing up he tried to raise the price saying it would cost more for the cleaner, even though I was quoted with cleaner from the original quote, I told The tech that it was quoted in the quote already and he said that it wasn't quoted like that, and I informed him he could leave, and at first he didn't want to leave, I then got a sterner tone and said get out of my house, I called the company and they said they would get someone out to make it right and would call me right back I never heard from them. Buyer beware they are not to be trusted

Ceramic Tile Service
After the company was finished the floor was splotchy and had a very uneaven appearance. I mentioned to the tech that the grout was still dirty and he said it would lighten as it dried. It did to some degree but it does not look clean, as he promised. He left his shoe prints in the tile. When I asked him about them he said just mop the floor and it will clean it off. We tried, but it is still there.
They did not sweep the floor before they applied the sealer. They left the yard a mess where they used our hose bib.
