I was blown away with how clean the carpets were when Chad was done. There were several stains I thought would never come out, but he got 'em! I also appreciated how thorough he was, taking the time to do a great job. On time and pleasant to work with. I absolutely plan on having him come again.

Chad did an awesome job taking care of our carpet and couch cleaning needs. He fit us into his schedule and texted to confirm his time of arrival. Conscientious work and didn't want to perform services without first talking about whether they were needed. We will definitely use and refer Pure Floor Care in the future.

.They had to also stretch the carpet as well as clean them all. They work done was great. We have also recommended him to other people plus if we need this service in the furture we will sue him again.

Chad is terrific! A real professional. His trailer-towed equipment was larger-than-normal (probably more powerful) but the his real expertise in mixing the correct formula of chemicals plus, of course, water to remove the water stains is what differentiates him in MHO. I had used another national-chain provider in another state the previous year but that franchise was unable to remove the stains, in fact made them worse. Chad (Pure Flooring) was miraculous! I highly recommend him!
