"Tech was nice, but one hour and $240 later, he said he was unable to reprogram remotes or key pad (he indicated a defective board on one and the programming wouldn’t keep). And then he indicated it would be over $2,600 to install new openers (he would install a lesser opener on the single garage door, which seems fine). Wow!!! I told him no thank you!"

It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

Since then I have worked with some of Arizona's largest painting companies such as Pete King and Ghaster Painting completing many jobs in both commercial and residential. I completed top of my class 3 years interior decorating and design through the Phoenix Painters Union Local 86 and I have worked on projects such as the Wildlife World Zoo building and painting exhibits for over 10 years, Phoenix City Hall, Pointe resorts as well as many residential projects new and repaint. Most experts agree that the best thing with which to clean epoxy floors is a diluted mixture of ammonia and warm water. You can also use mild dish soap diluted with warm water or a degreaser (such as Simple Green or Goof Off) diluted with warm water. Some soap-based cleaners can leave a haze. If you notice this, further dilute the mixture with water or use a different detergent that does not leave a film. Not every type of flooring is well suited to a wood stove. However, ceramic or stone tiles are good choices since they are durable, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. Softer flooring options, like carpet, could be damaged by the heat produced by a wood stove—or even create a fire hazard.

Carpet installation typically starts with removing the old flooring, preparing the subfloor, laying underpadding for cushioning, and securing the new carpet with tack strips, making precise cuts to fit room dimensions.

No subflooring is perfectly level, but you should never ignore any noticeable floor sagging. Most contractors deem a floor that slopes by a 1/2 inch to 1 inch per 20 feet of floor acceptable. Further investigation is required when the slope or sag is more than one and a half inches.

You can save money on labor costs by removing your old carpet before the professionals come in to install the new carpet. Just make sure to clear it with your contractor ahead of time. You might also be able to cut costs by buying carpet at certain times of year when it’s less expensive. These periods include late December to mid-January and late spring to early summer.
