Communication wise: Chad and his crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and kept me updated on the projects. Collaboration wise: Chad was a great sounding board for alternative tile or materials that helped me keep costs down. He was really honest and knowledgeable about tile, grout, shelving, drywall, paint, mirrors... all of it. He has a large circle of people he can call on to get the work done. He enjoys his line of business and it shows."
