We are a locally owned and operated small business with the tools and experience to do the job right the first time.Our pricing is typically half of what you would expect to pay many of Tucson's plumbing companies. We own all the same equipment the large companies do including several drain snakes, a sewer camera and pipe locating equipment.

Requested quote to install Aqua Sana whole house system, drains for two new sinks and Bathtub, water line across house to pool, relocate ice maker waterline in kitchen, install waterline to refrigerator in garage, and install hot water dispenser, and replace line to hose bib with copper. Quote was fair and I chose this company based on the quote. Came next day and started work. Said they couldn't do waterline across house due to firewall in garage. Didn't install drain to tub, didn't install hot water dispenser, didn't install bypass to Aqua Sana as installation recommended. Did install drains to sinks, Aqua Sana (without bypass), relocated water line to refrig, installed new water line for garage refrig., and replaced line to outside hose bib with copper. I was charged $600 more than original bid for doing half the work. If you use this company, don't bother asking for bid. It's worthless.

"7/5/2019Update. In addition to leaving online reviews, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] filed a complaint (# 19057455) with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona regarding this matter. After reviewing the documentation, the BBB has dismissed Mrs. [Member Name Removed] case. On 6/15/19 we provided a written estimate which included four jobs at Mrs. [Member Name Removed] residence. When we arrived to do the jobs Mrs. [Member Name Removed] requested four additional jobs be performed bringing the total jobs to eight. A copy of the written estimate is available upon request. We informed her that due to the additional work, the total cost would go up and authorized us to do the work. During the workday it was discovered that one of the original jobs could not be completed due to a firewall in the attic which blocked the pathway in which we intended to run a pipe. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was informed of this situation. At the end of the job, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was charged an hourly rate for two plumbers who each worked 11 1/2 hrs. plus $250.00 in parts. She agreed to the charges and paid the invoice. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] complaint contains four additional jobs that were not part of our original bid. On 6/17/19, rather than calling us to discuss her dissatisfaction and a possible resolution she began posting false and defamatory comments at online review sites. Per our attorney, we have started the process of filing a lawsuit against Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for libelous defamation."

Excellent service in all aspects from scheduling to completion of the work. Although the work was not a large task, once Angelo arrived, we talked through the problem and possible solutions. Several options were discussed and the pros and cons of each option were included in the discussion. Once the repair started, it was completed efficiently and smoothly. Angelo is definitely customer oriented. I would definitely use Affordable Plumbing Tucson for future needs.

Angelo did a great job. He clearly explained the issues and made the appropriate repairs. He is easy to talk to and even has a sense of humor. It is obvious that this was not his first plumbing repair. He moved with practiced and experienced precision.

Angelo was fantastic. Always answered the phone in person. Reviewed the photographic information I sent him and we conversed to make sure there were no surprises on the day of the job. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and left the jobsite clean. The work he did was very clean and organized, and the installation passed a later "secondary inspection" from a good friend of mine who is a retired contractor.

I didn't go thru Angie's list for this plumber but all I can say is WOW! They came early, fixed my loose kitchen faucet and replaced the bathroom faucet all within an hour. And I was flabbergasted when Angelo told me the price - I expected it to be at least 3 times what he charged. I'm a happy camper. - April

Excellent service. On time arrival, professional attitude and work. Angelo removed existing plumbing from a defunct solar system and installed the necessary plumbing along with a new water heater. All of the necessary parts and equipment were in the truck, couldn't have run smoother. Cost was very competitive and the work was outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Plumbing to a friend or neighbor.
