Every Piece is one of a kind, Built with old world techniques, such as mortise and tenon construction, Free Hand Carving and a minimum of a 5 step finishing process that increases the depth of the wood grain and quality of the finish. We use no CNC machines or computer generation to produce our pieces; we believe that if the woodworking masters of the past were able to achieve such quality without computers we should try to carry on that tradition. Available materials are maple plywood interiors finished with a lacquer finish. Also, thermo-fused melamine interior materials that are SCS and EPP certified 100% pre-consumer recycled wood. No urea formaldehyde (NAUF) is added during the manufacturing process. Drawer boxes are FSC certified hardwood ply. These materials will contribute to achieving LEED credits.
