"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"Extensive repairs were needed to a six-foot high wooden fence following vandalism and trespassing. Rodney evaluated the damages and explained clearly what needed to be done. The sections of fencing that border my neighbor's yard were given priority because of children. Temporary repairs were quickly made to secure the rest of the property until the project could be completed. The finished fence looks great and is structurally more sound than the original work done by a large construction company."

"This man is amazing! I have never found anyone who has gone out of the way to help me as much as Tim. My family moved to a new home and ran into various unexpected problems while my wife was expecting a new child. Tim came and fixed the problem the first day, but then came back to help over and over when I had questions and problems on my old outdated system. He understood my situation and went out of his way to make it the best he could. I can attest that the customer service is over the top, as I have just asked questions and he took time out of his day to drop by and help fix the situation. "Antelope springs basically took on the job of finishing my house. All the guys that came to my house, including sub contractors were awesome and professional. I am very picky so I do see things that weren't completed the way I would (paint). However every time I asked for something they bent over backwards to make it happen. This was a difficult remodel because we were living in the house while even the walls had to be installed. They worked around us and were very patient when we were in the way or had family here.
