They were months late. I was post- op hip surgery. I had to keep calling after paying $4,000.00. Threatened to cancel service and get refund. Then they came. My complaint is after one year. I am noticing sections of fence opening up?! Their SCREWS ARE SCARCE OR BROKEN OFF IN BRACKETS?I have submitted pics. Plus their nails Re pulling out of planks. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO OWN THIS COMPANY. CRAP JOB??

Best Price, Excellent product & installation. Leonard gave us a friendly professional price, then Andy & Sotero installed the product about 10 or 12 days later. After dealing with the "rest" We are very happy with Prescott Fence.

The whole process took longer than we had hoped but no fault was due Prescott Fence. Craig showed up on time for the first estimate. He was very professional and courteous. He provided a detailed cost estimate within a few days and we evaluated his estimate along with 3 other companies. They were not the cheapest but we considered more than just cost in our evaluation. Their estimate by far provided the most detail of the 4 companies. Craig answered my numerous questions in a timely manner and even gave us an address to see their work which we loved. We then contracted with them and got HOA approval and a county permit. Once those were received, the fence was started within 2 weeks and finished about 10 days later after a slight delay on their part. The fence is wonderful, well-installed and attractive, and we are looking forward to finding a good landscaper now.

Viewed area and made drawings of work : submitted written bid, arrived promptly, were very friendly and nice. Went to work right away and finished the job in less than a day. Quality work and left the work site neat and cleaned up. We are very pleased.

They weren't very punctual, and the installation was delayed a few times. They also didn't phone my neighbor when they came to make some repairs to the fence which I specifically asked them to do. Because of this, her dogs started barking and woke her up which is inconvenient for her since she works nights. Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience.

First of all, I cannot understand anyone saying anything negative about Dave, as one reviewer did. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. When I explained the way we wanted the fence to face, he checked to see if our house was within the Prescott city limits (we are - by half a block!) and, therefore, we were restricted in the manner the fence would be erected. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the rep Tony.
The two workers also were very pleasant. More importantly, they did a wonderful job. The fence is beautiful and they made sure there would be complete coverage to the ground, notwithstanding the uneven terrain. The only hiccup is that the job, which was supposed to take four days, took longer because of weather and illness of one of the workers.
In the end, the delay was insignificant and worthwhile given the high quality of the job at a price well below that of a competitor. We would definitely use Prescott Fence again.

They were very good. We talked about the different kinds of fencing and what we wanted. They took measurements and gave us an estimate and told us how long it would take to do the work. We tried to get other estimates but they didn't call back and come out. They were good and we had no complaints. We looked at a job they had done in the neighborhood and talked to that guy and he liked what they had done. It took a couple of days to put the fence up. They did a good job and it was pretty much exactly what we wanted. We didn't have a single complaint. We were very pleased and would recommend them. The price was very reasonable for what we got. They called back to make sure that everything was right. They were delayed but he called to tell us that they were working on something else.

This was very bad. Fence came damaged in many areas, they were scraped and dented. Fence installed too high that even my 60 lb dog could crawl under it. Added cost to put in the gate right. Didn't secure ends of fencing. Very poor workman ship. No followup. Wanted money dispite how bad it was. I held 10%, still difficult to get them to come and comlete the job. Very bad company.

"Sorry about the late response to this post. We just registered for Angie's List and and did not know that it existed. I believe that Member has posted this under the wrong company. We have no record of installing a fence for either a customer named [member] or on [member's street]. No one here remembers the name and our records do not indicate any residential jobs over $8000 completed in Whispering Rocks Sept through Nov 2008. Our company policy is that we ask for 50% up front and 50% on completion on residential ([member] stated that she withheld 10%). We have never to my knowledge asked for the final 50% before completion on a residential job. There was 1.5 years between the job completion and the posting, so I think that there is a real possiblity that [member] made a mistake. If we did install her fence and it was put under another name or address making it difficult for me to find in our records, I ask that [member] contact us, otherwise please remove the comment.
