Edward, the owner, and his entire team were incredibly accommodating and committed to provide high quality work throughout the entire project. From the preparation of the original bid quote to the final ceiling repairs and paint touch up, I cannot say enough for their desire to put the customer first. We had decided on an upper mid range HVAC system, but when the installers arrived they realized that the unit would not fit between the roof trusses. Within a few minutes Edward was consulted and a decision was made to up grade our entire system to a much higher end unit with no additional cost to us. The installers took the original system away and return with the new system within a few hours. This says a lot when you factor in all the supply chain issues weâ  ve been having. They had to search local supplies to get all of the required parts but several trips back and forth to the home they got everything done the same day. I was incredibly impressed!! The workmen were fast with attention to every detail, and they kept me informed as the work progress. I would like to praise Fernando for his ongoing communication throughout the install and final finishing. But I also must say that all four workers that came to our house were professional and committed to doing a great job. If it were possible to give a higher rating I would. I'm pretty cheap I get quite a few bids for jobs, read reviews, and compare products and companies. Eddie and Tri State Mech. Were outstanding. I started with Costco, they were to expensive for a lower quality unit. These guys stand behind their work, and prices are the best out of 8 bids. And the service was unbelievable. Saved me $100 a Month in electrical costs. And Eddie even walked through my SRP rebate. I wont use or recommend anyone else...

The value for the money? Only time will tell. Is this A/C as good as my last A/C! As far as workmanship ... Eddie M is an 'A' plus.
