Sprinkler King

Sprinkler system was not spraying at full capacity. He diagnosed and resolve the problem.

Great. It took a few minutes to clean the valves. Got good tips on how to improve the system and will have them back to do some additional improvements on the system in the near future.

David Fimiani did an outstanding job today. He came by on Monday and did the $75 special and gave us an estimate to fix the system. He arrived when he said today, performed all of the work on the estimate (as well as a few other issues he found) and showed/explained to us what he had done.  Very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for irrigation repairs. We'll continue using Sprinkler King for any irrigation issue we have int eh future. A+ from us!

Worker repaired a break in the line that required rerouting the underground pipe - good job. Back yard required call back for incomplete job-charged extra. Supervisor spent excess time talking on the phone and talking politics-Bad Idea.

They did a quick analysis on my system. They found holes in my irrigation which they fixed; they fixed the programming to minimize run off. Very happy with the service. Will use again in the future for sure.

Most of work was done promptly and professionally but some repairs were missed.   A follow-up customer service call would have been nice.  The overall cost was high.

I called Sprinkler King, Dave W., this am and his guy, Mike, was at my home at 1 pm diagnosing my problems. He was very competent and found that my #2 valve (which I reported as not working) was not active because it was capped off and not set up to work originally. He reviewed the rest of my entire system, checking and repairing all of the hoses, fittings and nozzles and then set my times for me. This took one hour. My system now works completely and I was very happy with their service. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good installation and I was pleased with the work.  My only complaint was that there were 2 times that he  showed up several hours late and a second time when they didn't show up at all when scheduled and did not call to tell me he was not going to show up .. I had to call him and ask where he was.  His answer:  he just came back from vacation and was not coming to do the any work that day.  I was upset that he did not bother to tell me this and left me waiting.

I was very happy with the work that was done.  Dave, the service tech, was very knowledgable about my entire system and I feel I got great value for my money.  I'm going to be doing additional landscaping in the near future and I will definitely call Dave to help me plan and redesign my system to fit my new yard. 

Dave, the owner, performed the work as requested. The difference is fantastic. My lawn is now completely green instead of yellow spots. In addition, Dave came back approximately three weeks after to adjust the heads. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.
