We just moved into this home; and the floors were past due for a deep-cleaning.
Bill came out for an estimate.  He was punctual, professional, and practical - meaning on time, efficiently, got down to business (measuring and evaluating area to be clean), and didn't attempt to pad the estimate.  The home is large and sometimes providers will use that to overcharge.  So, I already had a budget "in mind"... and he met it!  So, I scheduled my services.
On tile cleaning day, Bill arrived right on time and got to work.   He ended up cleaning the tile twice because he wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied.  I was...the floor was  immaculate. AND, the price did not change!!!! I haven't had to work as hard to clean it since.
I always, discreetly observe when I have a new provider/stranger in my home just on 'general principle'.  When Bill came to clean the carpet, I was more relaxed.  I didn't feel the need to make sure ' I was gettting what I paid for'.  He came in with the same work ethic and provided excellent service.  On top of all of this, Bill called back a few days after each service to see if I had any issues/concerns.  After this experience, I'm sold on Revolution Cleaning system...and have already, confidently recommended him to a friend.
