    First of all, I never write reviews. Second, if I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall are the real deal, I’d even go as far as saying impeccable service and dedication from start to finish. Tim took our original vision up several levels, all while we stayed on budget. Communication was constant, leads always on site, the entire crew was always upbeat, courteous, and neat, and the finished project blew our minds. They also put up with our indecisiveness and numerous changes, which says a lot. We are already planning a phase two... We couldn’t be happier

    This review is purposely being written 6 months after the pool project has been completed. We were happy 6 months ago and, more importantly, happy today. We couldn't be more satisfied with Pegasus Pools and particularly in dealing with David. He did a great job of planning with us given that a 25 yard lap pool is atypical of what most customers want. I was very impressed how he planned the project, discussed any pros/cons of choices we made, and coordinated at least 12 sets of specialists all of who frequently work with Pegasus. He kept us very informed of next steps, timing and any potential delays (weather, COVID-related supplier delays, etc.). Ultimately, the key test is satisfaction with the final product. We are VERY satisfied. It can be daunting to determine who to select for a pool contractor. Pegasus came recommended to us and we highly recommend them to others

    Baum Squad Pools did an amazing job building my pool. The value for the quality is unbeatable. I did a lot of research in bidding out all scopes of work and Baum Squad was consistently lower cost than any other subcontractor. I decided to hire Baum Squad and I’m so glad I did because their work is unbelievable. Our backyard looks fantastic and we constantly get compliments on it.     Buyer beware. In the showroom, there are pebblesheen samples that includes glass beads. They are NOT included and our sales person did not mention this nor was it gone over on the material selection sheet. To my surprise, 6 months later when the pebblesheen was installed NO BEADS. This is a misrepresentation to say the least. The owner, Kevin tried to make it right however his goodwill offer was an insult and did not match the disappointment that could not be undone. My contract said I could request mediation to settle this misrepresentation and the owner, Kevin, refused it. Yes, refused what the contract stated. I tried to contact him legally and filed a complaint with the ROC. No reply with an appropriate offer to make this right. So now I tell this story to everyone who is looking to buy a pool. The staff at Rondo were top notch, Ron, Cadie, Leah and Kyle - they made the pool build process easy, they were patient and transparent. I feel sad and frustrated it had to end this way. It didn't have to, I tried to be understood. Kevin don't bother replying and spin this to make you look good. You had many opportunities to make this blatant misrepresentation right

    My wife and I recently bought a house with an original pool from the 70's, so naturally it was the first thing we decided to upgrade. We wanted a company that would be finished on time and do a good job, everything up to code so we can resell the house with no issue. Job start was early February and today is May 19th and the job is still not complete. The workers for this company are a lot of non English speaking immigrants and ex-criminals. Not a big issue but unnerving to have these people coming into your yard without knocking first. I almost shot one of electrical guys that came into my property unannounced, which a majority of the workers did. The workers also dispensed hazmat into my fruit trees, into my front yard gravel, and street. I had 3 trees die, concrete pools around the yard, gravel is covered in paint, sand and concrete, ruined, and the street has oil stains. Next is what we paid. Full pool remodel, new pump and deck. We signed a contract for 21k and paid CASH upfront. After a month into the demo they came back and said they forgot to add concrete, pool light, and electrical to the quote that added an additional 6k to our fee, we didn't have to pay this but we are good people and paid anyway, but looking back it appears they took our kindness for weakness and we think they did this on purpose to squeeze more cash out of us. We are a young couple and new home owners. After this the communication and customer service with this company went down the toilet. It takes up to a week to get a reply from them and their workers do not show up and when they do they wonder into our locked yard. The grout around the pool was done very poorly and upon inspection they did not seal the grout causing it to erode once the pool is filled. We currently have watering getting behind our pools plaster and underneath the deck causing immense erosion and damage. It took 3 weeks for a worker to come out and fix it, but, they used the wrong caulk and it re opened the crack even bigger. As of today there is a 10 foot long crack along our tile and the worker that was scheduled to show up yesterday never showed, again. When the pool itself was finished they began filling it with water without the pump, filter, pool light, electrical being done. The water sat for about 3 weeks and eventually turned green, we added a lot of chlorine to fight this but it was a loosing battle as they never communicated with us or sent workers to finish the job and get the final part done, hook up the pump. We will hire another pool company to come and fix their mistakes

    We sincerely wanted to write a 5 star review and a lot was positive up to the completion of the aggregate. Sales was fine, picking out surfaces was great, communication was good and they showed up on the date and time promised. So why the 3 stars? No walk through to start the project as repeatedly stated, had no idea who was in charge and much of what follows could have been avoided had someone cared. The workers showed up and did great work...a day or days ahead of the emails letting us know when they would be there. That's a great thing. And all that work seems like it was done with skill and care. But once the payment to 90% happened, we had to do the math for the office folks, they sprayed. And then it took 8 weeks to finish. Four weeks of that receiving notice for final payment. Couldn't get the Popups back in. Helps when you ensure O rings in place, but they didn't mark which heads went where, blamed our manifold which was replaced 3 years ago, until they came and looked at it. Then went on about how the salesperson messed up the contract and if he had done his job we would have to pay for new heads. Took almost 2 weeks to see if the manufacturer had the engineering diagrams, they did not. Failed to put back our flush returns, claimed they would not work. Hence waiting to do this review. I found and put in flush mount returns. Had they saved what they took out it would have been easy. Finally had Manu rep come out and this is where I finally lost my cool after asking for time lines and plans to finish the pool. The rep was great as he realized I knew about my pool. I was sick of the excuses from Above and Beyond. I asked them to have Micheal the Owner call me. That still has not happened, but the heads were finally put in about 10 days later. And I hope we don't need warranty work, because I am sure they won't appreciate this review, but this is how a Veteran owned company treated another Veteran. And I realize they had Covid issues, sent a foreman/supervisor who was no longer with them at some point right after the major parts were done. But they also knew I have 15 to 20K more work from tile to pool automation to be done over the next 2 years. My advice to them is to listen to your customers, don't send inexperienced workers to resolve issues and be careful not to imply customers don't know what they are talking about. My flush returns arrived and installed... so they do exist and I did have them prior to the start of this project. Update 6/1/2021. 30 minutes after posting this review, Michael Sandoval not only responded but reached out to schedule time to discuss my experience. He not only wanted to discuss but came by to see the work. I feel he completely understands what happened, what communication breakdowns occurred, and will use this as an opportunity to help his team grow

    One word: exceptional. Love pool care has serviced our pool for nearly 6 years, on a weekly basis. I'm continually impressed with the level of service, friendliness of their staff, and overall punctuality and professionalism. We've had a couple different techs over the 6 years, but they all have been knowledgeable and easily answered my questions regarding the pool. When the motor started making strange noises, they alerted me and were able to install a new one, far better than what I had previously. I rely on Love pools to tell me when my pool equipment needs attention, and they've caught tiny things that I hadn't even noticed, like a tiny crack in a vacuum hose, a broken water return cap, and a hairline fracture in my filter. We worked with J, who designed the landscape after talking with us to understand our needs and what we liked. He handled everything with understanding and professionalism from start to finish, and his design ended up looking even better, once put in, than it looked on paper! That is a sure sign of someone with a lot of experience in knowing what will and won't look good! BD did a great job, not only installing our yard when they promised and in the time-frame they promised (which was quick), but they supported us in every way, answering questions, coming out immediately when needed.
