My pool is not too contact depth, it's too deep. There are many issues with this pool and the Judge agreed.. Even though their response says it was dismissed, IT WAS NOT! CHECK THE ROC! It is public record.. They were fined and had their license suspended for a week. I'm in the process of getting quotes to repair their mistakes, that the judge found AGAINST THEM, and the judge denied their appeal as well. Do not believe the lies, check the record!!! Check the Roc page, showing they were in fact, Disciplined!

My wife and I recently bought a house with an original pool from the 70's, so naturally it was the first thing we decided to upgrade. We wanted a company that would be finished on time and do a good job, everything up to code so we can resell the house with no issue. Job start was early February and today is May 19th and the job is still not complete. The workers for this company are a lot of non English speaking immigrants and ex-criminals. Not a big issue but unnerving to have these people coming into your yard without knocking first. I almost shot one of electrical guys that came into my property unannounced, which a majority of the workers did. The workers also dispensed hazmat into my fruit trees, into my front yard gravel, and street. I had 3 trees die, concrete pools around the yard, gravel is covered in paint, sand and concrete, ruined, and the street has oil stains. Next is what we paid. Full pool remodel, new pump and deck. We signed a contract for 21k and paid CASH upfront. After a month into the demo they came back and said they forgot to add concrete, pool light, and electrical to the quote that added an additional 6k to our fee, we didn't have to pay this but we are good people and paid anyway, but looking back it appears they took our kindness for weakness and we think they did this on purpose to squeeze more cash out of us. We are a young couple and new home owners. After this the communication and customer service with this company went down the toilet. It takes up to a week to get a reply from them and their workers do not show up and when they do they wonder into our locked yard. The grout around the pool was done very poorly and upon inspection they did not seal the grout causing it to erode once the pool is filled. We currently have watering getting behind our pools plaster and underneath the deck causing immense erosion and damage. It took 3 weeks for a worker to come out and fix it, but, they used the wrong caulk and it re opened the crack even bigger. As of today there is a 10 foot long crack along our tile and the worker that was scheduled to show up yesterday never showed, again. When the pool itself was finished they began filling it with water without the pump, filter, pool light, electrical being done. The water sat for about 3 weeks and eventually turned green, we added a lot of chlorine to fight this but it was a loosing battle as they never communicated with us or sent workers to finish the job and get the final part done, hook up the pump. We will hire another pool company to come and fix their mistakes.

Immediate Pools was recommended by our pool service company for a pool remodel. The owner Steve came out and surveyed our property, came up with some very good ideas for an issue we had with patio drainage, convinced me to do a travertine deck overlay at the same time (so glad he did), and the end result was amazing. We had the pool completely resurfaced with mini pebble, new water line tile, installation of a new baja deck (with super cute turtle tile inlays), an amazing new rolled edge travertine coping that replaced an incredible ugly old concrete rolled edge, travertine patio and pool decking. I know I'm missing something, but suffice it to say, he turned the pool and the area into a small resort like setting. Also, I'm a firm believer in a company is only as good as the people who run it in the background, and Steve has an incredibly hard-working woman, Stephanie, who communicated with us constantly, and helped us select the fun stuff (travertine, tiles, pebble colors, etc). She even made a special trip to the house just to make sure the turtle tiles were placed the way I wanted them. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and Stephanie. One last thing, yes, we shopped around, and Steve was the best in both price and design.

Originally called Immediate Pool Builders to tell me what I needed to do to revive our 28 year old pool system. Mike checked out the pump and found it filled with trash. He saw that the sand filter had seen its best day and was leaking through the fiberglass housing. A lot of the valves and piping really was no longer needed depending on which filter option I chose. We chose the cartridge filter since that would get rid of having to backwashing the sand filter and wasting water.

First and foremost, the finished product exceeds my expectations and is first class. However, I would be remiss in not mentioning that there were some issues with project scheduling and sloppy work by one subcontractor. Immediate Pool Builders was very responsive to my complaints and, as best they could, remedied my issues so that in the end, the project finished late, but looks beautiful. I would absolutely do business again with Immediate Pool Builders, because of their ability to communicate with.

most of work performed was fine. Pebble-tec crew spilled from their wash out container, but they cleaned it up. The biggest issue was the expansion joint redone as part of the cool deck. Shortly after installation they had to come back out to fix pieces that were pulling up (glue did not take). Again 6 months later they had to come out to fix some more pieces. Now, 3 years out, almost ALL of the expansion joint is lifting up. We had them out to look at it and they sent us an estimate of $3100 to redo it. Sorry, it was not done correctly the first time. I would not recommend this company as they do not support their product.

Steve and Kellie were fantastic to work with. They kept us well informed throughout the process and even planned for the "what if's". For example, we planned to save our existing tile, but Kellie had us pick one out "just in case" the tile was unable to be saved during jackhammering out the old finish saving us a potential trip back and a delay in our job (they were able to save our old tile!). When minor issues arose, they were on top of it and took care of us. The finished pool and deck are beautiful!!

Excellent. Came when they said. I believe when they started the job was a bit more difficult then thought. The workman stayed as long as necessary to finish in the stated time. No additional money was asked for. Clean up was perfect and even though the pool deck needed to be cut through, they did a great job making it look seamless as possible.

I had discussed with 9 contractors since July to remodel my backyard and pool/spa. My wife is extremely busy with her work and told me to manage the project. I decided on Steve with Immediate Pool Builders based on his professionalism, ideas, and ease to work with. He was very patient with me, had excellent ideas which saved me money in the long run. These things go a long way to establish report and a comfort level. His assistant Kellie was also exceptional with color coordinating from a woman's prospective and additional ideas. As I said they were very patient with me and no pressure what so ever. They also helped coordinate with a hardscape contractor which was a total separate contract. Kellie kept me informed of scheduling and they were excellent with keeping their part according to their commitment.
We signed the contract on 12/1/2016 and they were out the next evening to drain the pool. The day after the pool/spa plaster was removed and work continued everyday in conjunction with the hardscape contractor. We are nearing putting on the mini-pebble and should have startup in a week.
I read a few of the other comment and very surprised. One specific comment could not be talking about the same company. I have worked with a number of contractors and Steve and Kellie with Immediate Pool Builders are definately set apart from the others. The project is going exactly as planned except for a few hiccups beyond anyone's control.
I would definately recommend them and willing to discuss my experience in more detail. I will add to post when project is completed but wanted to start now.

The job started quickly and completed quickly. The choices of finish were excellent. It looks lovely. The one difficulty was that we have a Paddock Pool with the PCC2000 cleaning system. Some of the pop ups and down jets were not oriented correctly when they were reinstalled and one connector for a fixed pop up was not rotated correctly so the pop up points about 25 degrees off of where it should point. We've yet to see if that impacts cleaning as we're covering the pool now. We concluded we should have reviewed with Immediate Pool exactly how those were to be done before the work was done so that things concluded a bit better, hence the B rating on quality. All the workers we interacted with seemed easy to deal with, though sometimes we had some problems communicating exactly what we meant, because of technical language involved or my love for too many details, hence the B rating on professionalism. We didn't get competitive quotes (some vendors said they didn't work where we live) so cannot tell about price other than we felt it was reasonable, hence the B rating on price.

After interviewing several pool companies we hired Immediate Pools to install a pool at our new home. They worked with us on the design of the pool and water feature to get to the pool we wanted. Once we were able to begin construction, the process went smoothly. Steve did a wonderful job of communicating the progress and schedule during construction. The pool turned out wonderfully and was just what we expected and wanted. The project was finished on schedule and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Immediate Pools to anyone wanting a new pool.

Steve (the owner) and Kellie (office manager) were exceptional. Steve came out within a day of contacting Immediate pools. We discussed options, he took some measurements and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we agreed on the work, we actually went down to their office where they took as much time as we wanted to discuss materials, colors interior surface and options. We even took pebble samples back with us so we could see them in our existing pool. Steve was upfront, did not try to push any bells or whistles or extra things. They listened and worked with us to develop the right solution. Once we contracted with Immediate pools work began within a week and was completed in just under four weeks. Steve came by almost every day to make sure that his crew was doing the work as planned. Kellie communicated via email and phone daily to keep us informed of when work would be done, which crew was coming in to do what and who we should expect. All in all the job was done professionally and timely. Please note: Steve is a full licensed "pool contractor". Do not be fooled by someone who says they are a "pool contractor". And it turns out, they are just licensed to do concrete decking or only certain aspects of pool construction. Steve is the real deal. He knows pools from start to finish and thats what he is licensed to do. And it showed! Our pool looks awesome.

We met with the owner Steve at his showroom south of the Deer Valley airport on Wednesday to pick out tile and Pebble Tec color. We signed the contract, paid our down payment, and a worker came out on Monday to drain the pool. The chip-out crew came Tuesday morning to remove the old tile and plaster interior. Over the next two weeks, other crews demolished and then rebuilt a large section of the deck, installed the Decko drain and new skimmer, applied Kool Deck, installed new tile, pool light, and hand rail. A separate crew then did the Pebble Tec interior. After an acid wash, we were ready to refill the pool. Start to finish was 2-1/2 weeks and the pool was done on time. All work was performed when scheduled by Kellie. All crews were professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up any mess they made.
