"Alex and the employees of Orca Pool Care are amazing! They really know there stuff when it comes to pool maintenance and cleaning. We've owned our salt water pool for over 8 years and we've never had the tiles cleaned or the pebble tech acid washed. There was so much calcium build up on the tiles you could barely tell that they were blue tiles. Alex and his team came out and took care of everything and now our pool looks as good as it did when it was first built! They even powerwashed our pool decking at no extra charge. Plus we received a Veteran's discount on our bill for the tile cleaning/acid wash! We love their service so much that we will keep them for all our pool maintenance and service needs. Their rates are competitive and/or below what we we're quoted in the past by other companies. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
