The whole culture at this office was very different from what we saw at the other large pool building company.
Building a pool for the first time was a very good experience and we were absolutely delighted with the finished product.
We had read some negative comments on this pool company and some good comments. We did our due diligence and asked many questions. We would highly recommend Shasta to anyone thinking of hiring a pool company.
Construction was smooth for the most part. And done pretty quickly. Everyone was very nice.
Our experience was very good. However there are only a few reasons that I did not give them an A.
1. We were dealing with so many different people from the begining to the end of the process. It would have really been nice to have one person oversee from begining to end that knew everything, would call with updates and could answer questions.
2. We were under the impression that we were to receive a remote control for our equipment, however we ended up having to pay an additional $700 for one. Not entirely Shasta's fault, it was a miscommunication.
3. We have recently had a tile that has come off, and they were supposed to be out in April to fix it. We have yet to see them. I know this is a sub-contractor that they work with, so that is probably the issue.
I would reccomend them.
