"My neighbors and I hired Mr Valdez to replace our shared fence. My neighbor also hired them to install a new gate to their backyard. The gate has never been completed, the posts for the fence were never cut to the height of the fence, and a quarter panel of fencing that was to be replaced at the corner, attached to the new post was never installed - instead, the materials for that were left to rot and degrade in my yard. The completed work was done in less than one day, and Mr Valdez was paid by both me and my neighbors. He never came back to finish the work."

"Working with Cactus Nectar was a great experience from beginning to end. We started with another contractor who seemed uninterested in taking on our project and his quote reflected his attitude. In contrast, Cactus Nectar (Scott, owner & Ban, manager) visited our home to discuss our plans in detail. They came back with a quote that was very close to what we thought it should cost. The 7-page quote was thorough, showing all the line items they would provide and the costs for each job. It included timing for the work and payment schedule for each phase. They were professional and enthusiastic about working with us. There is so much I could say that was positive about our experience. The job manager (Lupe) was extremely flexible and responsive to any issues that arose and was always available to take calls. We did have some change orders which he accommodated, worked into the schedule and charged fair prices for. The project managers are backed up by a great team - they are constantly in morning meetings reviewing the various jobs and dealing with any issues. Duane apparently shows the plan and they just go to work. We did not have any plan for the large amount of pavers and they came up with a nice one. So pleased with them all.
