Juan has great customer service and communication skills. He worked hard to ensure that he and I had complete agreement and understanding of the scope of work to be performed, and then he performed the work quickly and professionally at a great price. I was so happy with his performance that I hired him to perform monthly periodic maintenance, which he has performed flawlessly and promptly every month since without any reminder calls from me. This is the best quality and value I have found in the business.

He is a great and very nice man. Very reliable. When he says he is going to do something he does it. I will absolutely continue using him.

He is not licensed and he was terrible. He was very expensive and overcharged us. He messed up the work a couple of times and tried to get more money from my girlfriend, to correct his work. He never finished any of his work on time. He did sub-par work. My girlfriend had just kept dishing money out to him.

Juan has done two and quot;majorand quot; jobs for me, although I lumped them together above. Everything went very well and I am pleased with all work done since I met Juan last summer or early fall. (2012)

He's great. He is just a regular guy and he doesn't have an office or anything. He is really wonderful. He is responsible. He does absolutely excellent work. He is very clean and very knowledgeable on all the desert plants. He also does masonry work. He does outdoor kitchens and walls and fountains. He is a fantastic guy.

Everything has been great. I have used him before and will keep using him.
