We had a gas leak in our water heater which was verified by Texas Gas Service. We called Pronto Plumbers and they immediately came to our house and fixed the problem, updating our gas lines to the modern specifications. The gentleman corrected several problems which had been left by a previous amateur plumber on the water heater. Pronto Plumbers' guy was 100% professional and acted with great courtesy. I have total confidence in their work.

The provider was hired to re-hook up kitchen sink, dishwasher, fridge water line and gas stove. This should have been a quick job however it took them over 5 hours to complete. There was nothing extensive or out of the ordinary for the hook up. Took way to long which drove the price up since they charge by the hour. Would not use them again due to how slow they work making them way to costly. Also got a quote for a relocation of an outdoor gasoline for a grill. They quoted $880- approximately $500 greater then the next highest quote we received!

Pronto plumbers replaced a water hearer in my home a little less than 6 years ago. This water heater corroded and water was leaking all over my house. The plumber said I needed a new one. But because my warranty was pro-rated it was out of warranty (there was only one month left on warranty) I asked for a quote for a new heater, a better heater and a tankless heater. About this time my husband arrives home and talks to the plumbers and all of a sudden they will replace the water heater (with no warranty)for about $400 less, because they say it's in warranty. However, it still cost almost $700 for labor, tax, and permit.
It is fishy to me that once my husband arrived, the heater is still in warranty. And there lies my complaint.

Went very well. Plumber checked water heater, recommended a replacement which was expected tho he did not know that.
Removed and replaced the water heater, checked fittings, cleaned up nicely.
Good fast work.
This is not the first time I have used Pronto Plumbing.
And I will use them again.

He was a very nice and professional man. They sent someone out right away. I just feel that they were too expensive. They charge $95 and hour plus parts. The total cost was $97 for 15 minutes. I asked how much it would be to turn my evaporative cooler off and turn my heater on and they said $140! People on a budget should call another company. I have no doubt they do quality work, but it is just way too costly for me.

I called at 8:23AM on Monday to ask for a plumber to check the low pressure in my house, and by 9:07AM he was at the door. He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and the approximate cost. He returned about an hour later with the necessary equipment and began work. When completed, in exactly the amount of time he estimated, he cleaned up and left me with the correct amount of pressure.

This is a mobile home that's 15 years old. Instead of just fixing the leak they suggested we replace the relevant valves. Was an expense we hadn't counted on, but given the age of the house, was probably a good idea.

They were very good. They did a very good job of what we had asked them to do. Installing the booster was expensive because they had to go through the foundation and set things up. Price wise we really do not know what other people shop for this type of service.

Ramirez was very provessional and competent. He declined to replace the kit on another faucet as he feared breaking the faucet due to its age. He suggested that we wait until the tile had to be replaced and put in a new fauset at that time.
