" Movin from San Jose to San Francisco was kinda stressful for me even tho I only had a studio. I had fragile things like a mirror, dishes, and my work laptop that I couldn?t risk breakin. When Jose and his crew showed up I felt much calmer. He introduced himself, asked me what was fragile, and started packin everythin with so much care. They wrapped my big mirror in blankets and bubble wrap, then labeled it ?fragile? real clear. My kitchen boxes were packed tight with layers of paper so not a single dish or glass broke. Jose even helped me tape a box I didn?t close well. My small bed frame was taken apart in minutes and wrapped neatly so it would be easy to put back later. On the road into SF there was some traffic but Jose kept me updated, which made me feel less stressed. When we got to my new place on 14th Ave they unloaded fast and put every box in the right spot. When I wasn?t sure where to place my small sofa they moved it a couple times til I was happy. One thing that stood out"

"Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "
