I could talk to any of the crew and they were helpful - friendly, too! If I called Steve and left a message, he called right back. He even called after the job was completed to see how everything looked (it looked great, by the way!). Although I did not know a lot about the process, Steve never made me feel ignorant for the clarifications I requested. He was always available to assist and he genuinely wanted me to understand - it was a good move on his part because I had a greater appreciation for the work that was completed for us. Because of a conflict/unforeseen event in our neighborhood, by no fault of his nor ours, with short notice, I had to postpone the start date that we were booked for. Steve understood, was gracious about it, and within days we were rescheduled for another suitable time. This company was great to work with. The crack-filling and sealcoating he did look really super and we will for sure call Prime Asphalt to help us when it is time to do this again."

"Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."
