Let me begin by saying that my interaction with Craig and AZ NativeScapes has been the most pleasurable experience I've ever had with any contractor by far.

I'm so happy with my decision to have Craig and his crew transform my barren, dirt filled backyard into an amazing outdoor place to be; I can't say enough good things. Craig's passion and enthusiasm for his scope of work is contagious and is shared amongst his hard-working and respectful crew. Of all the landscaping companies I contacted, Craig was the only one who brought forth lots of ideas and suggestions for the project and explained rationale for why he uses such products or materials to ensure things are done right the first time. He was also very willing to revisit the site when I wanted to add to the scope of the project. Throughout the process, Craig was very patient to all my questions, readily shared his knowledge, and was easy to communicate and interact with and really tries to understand his customers. He showed up on time for each and every meeting from the initial consultation to the finished walk-through. He was even very accommodating in scheduling the backyard renovation to work out with my busier than normal work schedule which I greatly appreciated and found valuable.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result, quality of workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. Craig was on site the entire time with his crew except when getting materials or lunch for his guys. They did many extras and even improved the drainage which I wasn't expecting. I can't believe how hard they worked and how much they accomplished in one day. I felt they treated my property as their own and I couldn't find one thing to clean up after the job was done. They even washed down the street and smoothed out rock in my front yard so that you'd never a skid loader ever touched it.

It was a pleasure to work with Craig and his crew. They were enjoyable to be around and I welcomed their good attitudes and a few laughs. The end result was better than I was expecting or able to envision. It was worth saving up for a long time in order to have them completely transform the space and I appreciate the backyard now so much. I am so pleased with their efforts and absolutely love my outstanding new backyard. I highly recommend AZ NativeScapes to anyone and would happily be a reference to any future customers considering their services. I look forward to using them again for any future needs.
