He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin.
